Managing Premises Compliance in Schools and Public Buildings

 Information Exchange provides a central repository for all Compliance related information, status and documentation.  It provides a dashboard for each individual site, indicating the status of compliance across a range of premise elements, such as Asbestos, Legionella, Fixed Wire testing, Fire Risk Assessments, Emergency Lighting, Gas Servicing, Lifts, Lightening Conductors and Air Conditioning. 

 

Information Exchange allows site staff to access, review and update information timely to periodic inspections.  Additionally, it allows the creation of reports and action lists for Health and Safety Audits and Governing Body meeting.
